The Sankey tool now has the ability to display recycling flows (when the target node is located before the source node).
The Sankey tool (in both French and English) can now be downloaded on https://github.com/eco-data/open-sankey. The use or development of the app require a local web server and php (see the README folder). The project is open to all contribution via github.
